12 Month Contract | 2-5 PQE | Recognised Brand | 80% remote

We're working with a globally renowned name which is a key partner to other instantly recognisable names in a variety of different sectors. This business is the top player in its market and seeking a 2 - 5 PQE commercial lawyer to handle a range of commercial law matters. Reporting into & working alongside senior commercial lawyers, you will have responsibility for advising on a broad range of B2B commercial contracts, advising on strategic projects, & risk and compliance matters. What is key is that you have significant experience in drafting, reviewing & negotiating commercial contracts for goods or services. The role is appropriate for a lawyer already working in house, seeking a step up in exposure & responsibility. Or alternatively, the role could be appropriate for a lawyer seeking their first in-house, as it will provide fantastic learning and exposure but in a caring and supportive team. The business is very flexible around hybrid working, looking for 1 day per week in the West Midlands or East Midlands office. It is a friendly team, and a nice working environment.
